The Crossland Group is a global partnership company guided by three core beliefs: people inspire greatness, relationships matter, and partnership ignites impact. For us, partnership means building value by providing intellectual capital on demand and continuing to anticipate the future needs of our partners, even when we are not currently engaged on a project. We choose our partners because we believe that, together, we can accomplish meaningful work that creates a positive impact on the world.
The Crossland Group was founded in 2000 with two key clients, IBM and the World Bank Group. Through working with these two clients, we became early innovators in leveraging the intersections of the private and public sector. Today, given that fifty percent of Crossland’s clients are NGO/nonprofit organizations and the other fifty percent are private sector companies, our insights about how to help leaders both exploit rigorous business practices and demonstrate social impact are fundamental to our work.
Our four seasoned principals optimize their expertise and networks to manage Crossland’s core business areas through the lens of its client leaders. These areas of deep content expertise include:

We provoke leaders and teams to see and act upon the possibilities. Regardless of where our work begins, we take time to analyze our clients’ business models and the trends that will shape their futures. We are trusted and strategic advisors, who combine our core capabilities to design and deliver meaningful client experiences.

What’s the Impact?
Our references are impeccable. Clients consistently tell us that we are fair, and we don’t waste their time or their money. They also say that our pragmatic approach—starting with concepts and strategy, applying user-centered design, and delivering end-to-end solutions—helps them solve complex business and mission challenges. We believe we make a difference for our clients by modeling shared leadership, developing people through our work, helping to ‘connect the dots,’ and demonstrating impact—both our clients’ and our own.
