Meet Kelly

Kelly Radaker Pradhan, Ph.D., has been the Managing Director at the Crossland Group since 2011. Kelly works with conscious leaders to (re)discover their authentic selves, understand their motivations, and design their organizations to clarify and fulfil their purpose.

Kelly is inspired by helping people prioritize their own wellbeing in service of healthier and more sustainable organizations that can then be an effective force for change in the world.

Using her expertise in areas such as organizational psychology, research, and organizational design, Kelly specializes in aligning organizations to fulfill their strategies and in developing talent plans so that people at every level in the organization can contribute their highest and greatest value. Kelly is expert in leading large-scale transformation initiatives; building employee engagement processes that promote quality of life; and designing and facilitating leadership trainings while applying behavioral-based learning.

Kelly received a B.A. in psychology from Shippensburg University; an M.A. in industrial and organizational psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University; and her Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Georgia. She has also participated in relevant trainings such as Conscious Company Leaders Forum, Coach2Coach, and Evoke Finding You Intensive (an exploration for personal change and building personal insight and awareness).

Kelly is a curious, lifelong learner who loves exercising creativity in all aspects of her life. She is passionate about understanding how things and people connect and relate to one another and to the wider world. She is also a watercolor artist, photographer, cake maker, and avid world traveler. In an ideal world, Kelly would love to hone the skill of fiction writing and to dismantle the existence of confirmation bias.

When I first started working with larger-scale management issues, Kelly helped me make sense of what seemed like a chaotic or unresolvable set of conditions and inputs.
