Meet Maria

Maria Manning is constantly seeking to illuminate the joy in the midst of chaos and opportunity. She is the founder of MLM Enterprises, Inc., a finance and operations consulting firm that provides support to nonprofits, pre-revenue start-ups, and publicly traded global companies. Maria thrives on quirky challenges and building high-performing cross-functional processes and teams.

Prior to consulting, Maria held positions at Cisco Systems, RSA Security LLC, Smith & Nephew, and Deloitte where she led Inclusion & Diversity taskforces, Financial Planning & Reporting, acquisitions and integrations, and product marketing.

Maria earned a B.A. in mathematics from Wellesley College, an M.B.A from the Babson College, Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and completed additional studies at M.I.T Sloan School of Management.  She is an adjunct lecturer at Merrimack College and chair emeritus of the ACLU Massachusetts Foundation board.
