Meet Teri

Teri Riddle is a seasoned and influential leader with global experience in both the private and social sectors. She advises purpose-driven leaders on how to sustain thriving companies by wisely using diverse resources to realize tangible results. Teri is a “systems thinker” with deep expertise in a variety of industries, including philanthropy, healthcare, education/youth, and social justice, and has a proven history of successfully designing and delivering transformational initiatives across diverse contexts.

As the founder and CEO of the Crossland Group, Teri has dedicated the past twenty years to cultivating the courage, resilience, and capacity leaders and organizations need to fulfil their purpose in the world. With a strong commitment to dismantling the systems and structures threatening future generations, Teri believes that trading in our short-term exploitative mindsets for longer-term thinking will shift our loyalty from this generation to all humanity.

Prior to starting the Crossland Group, Teri served as a nursing home administrator and the CEO of a grassroots hospice organization. She holds a B.A. in business management from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. with a concentration in international business from Boston University. Teri is a passionate sailor and still dreams of becoming singer in a rock band someday.

Teri’s leadership style is to listen—both down and across an organization. In doing so, she becomes aware of blockers and obstacles to change.
